Gharana is the restaurant launched in the Holiday Inn Hotel located in Al Barsha area. This is another Indian restaurant in the town to cater to the large Asian community. The restaurant has come up with a very unique dining concept, actually they have brought up the basic idea behind the Indian food and that is of their food being nothing less than their culture and something that is greatly important in their lives. The restaurant brought up the since ever thoughts of India regarding the food, from the time when India was all ruled by Rajas, Maharajas, Nawabs and Sultans, who always wanted their food to be as lavish and experimental as possible. The Gharana came up with the same concept to bring about the idea of having lavish Indian food from the country’s different parts. They have picked up the most famous dishes from South, North, East and West of India and now creating a fusion of dishes from all different regions making their own signature dishes with a difference.
